Chicago Bears: Which teams are interested in Jordan Howard?

2. Buffalo Bills
Similar to the New York Jets, the Buffalo Bills also have a rookie quarterback that they want to build around this offseason. Although the Bills have LeSean McCoy, McCoy is 30 years old and is set to make nine million dollars in 2019.
Buffalo will need to find a replacement for McCoy eventually, but they also need to find a player who can take the pressure off Josh Allen. This is where Jordan Howard fits into the picture. If the Bills trade for Howard, then they’ve essentially taken tons of pressure off of Allen as they can hand the ball off to Howard 15-20 times a game.
The Bears would be wise to call the Bills. Buffalo has a number of picks that could interest the Bears which are: Second round (40th overall), a third-round pick (74th overall), two fourth rounders (112th and 131st overall), two fifth-round picks (147th and 158th overall).
An advantage for the Bills is also the fact that they play tons of games in November and December in the snow, so they need a power runner like Howard to carry the offense late in games.
It’s likely that the Bears could decide to ship Jordan Howard and one of their own picks off in order to get a higher pick in return. This would be an ideal situation for the Bears as they’d move up the draft board and can get a playmaker that they have their eye on.
