Chicago Bears: Potential trade scenarios for Jordan Howard

Trade no. 5: Texans offense gets even better
How about this: An even swap of Howard for Lamar Miller, plus the Bears get a fifth-round pick back from Houston.
On the Bears’ side, Miller is still just 27 years old and presents the Bears with a bit more versatile back. The offensive line hasn’t been great in Houston, and Miller would have more room to work with in Chicago.
For Houston, it gives them a different type of back who can fight through contact a little better than the likes of Miller. Howard is as durable as it gets at the position, too, which is something the Texans are unfamiliar with overall — good health.
You would have a proven (yet, young) back in Howard added to talent like Deshaun Watson, DeAndre Hopkins and Demaryius Thomas — plus, hoping D’Onta Foreman comes back healthy and gives them another look i the back field.
I think this deal is a win-win on both sides. Simply due to scheme, the Bears would make out fairly well here.
It’s only a matter of time before the trade rumors begin again with Howard. This offseason, though, could bring a little more heat to them.
