They say blood is thicker than water, but that won’t matter on Sunday when brothers Chris Long and Kyle Long take the field opposite of one another, presumably to enact revenge on each other for years of wedgies and wet-willies.

But in all seriousness, these two consummate professionals will put all personal feelings aside and will be focused entirely on helping their team advance to the NFC Divisional Round.

Still, it has to be weird for brothers to square off against each other in such a big moment. Though based on the positions they play, it is unlikely they go head to head many times, but it is possible they could lock horns with Kyle helping out the tackle on his defensive end brother, Chris.

Regardless, Kyle will have the thoughts of his brother’s Super Bowl victory fresh in his mind. Kyle was on the field to celebrate with his brother following the Eagles’ win over the New England Patriots.
