Through four weeks, the Chicago Bears are garnering some steam. Where does each position stack up in terms of overall grade going into the bye week?

Look what is happening in the city of Chicago. To begin the season, plenty of folks went with the narrative that these Chicago Bears could be the 2018 version of the 2017 Los Angeles Rams. Count me as either one who wasn’t going to buy that narrative until at least midseason or, maybe just a realist.

Either way, it appears to be happening. These Bears are for real, and the transformation which Matt Nagy has led under general manager Ryan Pace is unfolding right before our very eyes.

Are there still question marks? Of course. Is it a long season? Absolutely.

But, fans can feel free and get excited. Trust me, these aren’t the same old Bears.

Gone are the days of John Fox running a predictable run-run-pass offense. Gone are the days where the Bears struggle to find a healthy pass rush. Gone are the days where we’re seeing Dontrelle Inman and Kendall Wright leading the wide receiving core.

This is a different team, period. It’s only a matter of time before the national media starts paying attention. ESPN finally took it on themselves to throw the Bears in their top-10 of this week’s Power Rankings, but believe me, that number will grow even higher as the season goes on.

What has made this team so special thus far? It’s truly a collective effort. Let’s look at how each position group stacks up in terms of an overall grade through four weeks.
