Chicago Bears: Week 4 awards, surprises and question marks
By Ryan Heckman
The Chicago Bears came out and blew the Tampa Bay Buccaneers out of the water in Week 4. We hand out awards, look at surprises and ask questions.
Well, that was fun. The stakes were high. The Chicago Bears could go into the bye week at 3-1, leading the NFC North, or they could see their exceptional defense get exposed to a potent aerial attack led by Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Count me as one who didn’t see this coming.
The Bears went out and made their presence felt early on both sides of the ball, taking a commanding 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Defensively, the Bucs got just one first down on their first two drives and Chicago looked to be getting in Fitzpatrick’s face with ease.
Then, all the craziness broke loose in the second quarter.
Quarterback Mitch Trubisky led the Bears to 24 points in the next 15 minutes and Chicago stormed into halftime with a monstrous 38-3 lead.
Again, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect in this one — all I knew is it definitely wasn’t to this extreme.
The Bears absolutely dominated for four quarters, and in every phase of the game. They lead the NFC North at 3-1 and head into a bye week feeling pretty good about themselves.
It’s time to get down to business, though. In this route of Tampa Bay, who stood out? Who surprised? And whose swag was too much to handle?
