As the Chicago Bulls prepare for camp, that means preseason is just around the corner. Could we be in for any surprises during the exhibitions?
It is almost that time, fans. The Chicago Bulls are set to begin the 2018-2019 NBA preseason a week from Sunday. September 30th, they take on the New Orleans Pelicans in their first preseason matchup at home.

The Bulls will then hit the road for two road exhibitions against both the MIlwaukee Bucks and the Charlotte Hornets. Following the game in Charlotte, the Bulls come back to Chicago and finish with two contests at the United Center against the Indiana Pacers and Denver Nuggets.
If these five teams choose to play their studs early and often, the Bulls could get good looks at guys like Anthony Davis, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kemba Walker, Victor Oladipo and even the once-fan-favorite draft prospect, Michael Porter Jr.
While the preseason isn’t all-telling for how the team will begin their season, it will definitely say a lot about philosophy and rotations. Head coach Fred Hoiberg has a ton of young guys he could choose to work in this year and continue the youth movement throughout this rebuild process.
