Chicago Bears: Winners and losers from loss to Packers
Winner: Jordan Howard
Jordan Howard continues to show us all that he is one of the best running backs in football if he gets the ball. Don’t worry, I’ll get to Nagy and his decision to not use him more a little later.

Howard ran the ball 15 times for 82 yards, which is an average of 5.5 yards per carry. That’s not surprising since we know the type of player that Howard is. He showed off his incredible patience and vision last night on national television.
However, the real surprise was his hands. I guess all those reps he took at the jugs machine in training camp really paid off because he had five catches for 25 yards. He didn’t drop a single pass, which is absolutely one of the biggest takeaways of the night.
Howard has become a complete running back and that should keep him in a Bears uniform for many years to come.
Now, the offense will become that much harder to defend if defenses have to account for Howard out of the backfield. Before, if Howard was in you knew he probably wasn’t going to be a receiving threat. That’s all changed. Hard work truly paid off for Howard and I couldn’t be prouder of him.
