Following the Chicago Bears trading for Oakland Raiders pass rusher Khalil Mack, there are plenty of new odds and facts which should excite fans.

Pace took it an obvious step further upon acquiring Mack. Of course, Mack was holding out as a member of the Oakland Raiders due to wanting a new contract. He is entering the fifth year of his rookie deal and, especially following the deal between Aaron Donald and the Los Angeles Rams, he desperately desired a new one himself.
Well, he got it — a 6-year, $141 million extension with the Bears upon being traded. The Bears’ deal with Mack goes down as the richest for a defensive player in NFL history. A tall price to pay? Sure. Worth it? You bet.
Just how good is this guy, though? And what should we expect from him in year one? How about the Bears as a team — what does he do to the outlook of this team in Year 1?
I have news for you: Mack’s arrival is already sending shockwaves. His impact on the team as a whole is tough to put into words. But, numbers? Oh, yes. Mack’s arrival in Chicago has already been translated into initial odds for the Bears in 2018, and let’s just say they are much better than before the transaction took place.
