Saturday morning, fans of the Chicago Bears awoke to some of the most exciting, shocking and all-around joyous news they have had the pleasure of experiencing in quite some time. Ryan Pace and his staff found a way to trade for All-Pro pass rusher Khalil Mack, prying him away from the Oakland Raiders.

It had been rumored for quite some time that Mack was likely going to be moved prior to Week 1, but the entire situation still had a feeling of being somewhat surreal. I’m sure Raiders fans were mostly skeptical and in doubt about the situation, but part of them had to be thinking, “There is no way we could really trade him, right?”
