I. The Bulls will make it to the playoffs

For most rebuilding teams, it takes multiple years before they even sniff the NBA playoffs, but the Bulls have an interesting group of young, talented players who are hungry and want an extra challenge. In addition to the young talent that the Bulls have assembled, the departure of LeBron James from Cleveland leaves the East essentially wide open.

Toronto, Boston, and Philadelphia will most likely be the heavyweights, but there are still 12 other teams that will fall in place. This is the prime opportunity for the young Bulls to make the playoffs and gain that experience. This will ultimately build and develop the young studs even further than any regular season game could.

It’s a little early to expect the Bulls to fall in the middle seeds of the playoffs, but there’s an excellent chance that this team could sneak into the playoffs as an 8 seed and give Boston or Philadelphia everything they can handle in five or six games.

If the Bulls are able to snag a four or five seed, they could very well end up making it to the second round of the playoffs depending on the match-up. This is how championship teams are build and developed: Through the fire.
