The time where teams set their goals for the upcoming season, coaches set their rotations, and front offices make some tough last-minute roster decisions is on the cusp.

For years, the Chicago Bulls have been a pretty unpredictable franchise, often making head-scratching and questionable signings, trades, and draft selections.
That reality has shifted over the past year as John Paxson and Gar Forman have decided to play it safe and rebuild the team through the NBA Draft and 2-way contracts. For the first time in over 10 years, the Chicago Bulls are building a nice team with no lack of young talent.
