At Philadelphia, October 18 and April 10 (First and final games of the season)

The Bulls have no small task to start (or end) the 2018-19 season. Their regular season opener will take place on Thursday, October 18 as they visit the Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers open the season as heavy favorites to contend for a spot in the Finals, as well as the Celtics and Raptors.

More from Da Windy City

The Sixers were ranked third overall in CBS Sports post-free agency power rankings, a spot that they could easily live up to and then some. With the big three of Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, and Markelle Fultz, the Sixers will be fun to watch.

Heck, just the entertainment of watching Joel Embiid clowning around is enough to get folks to tune in.

The Bulls and Sixers met three times last year, with the Bulls losing the only matchup in Philadelphia while splitting the two games at the United Center. This year, they’ll meet four times throughout the season with two games at each team’s arena.

The Bulls and Sixers will then end the 2018-19 in the same fashion it began, as they square off on Wednesday, April 10 in Philadelphia for each team’s final game of the regular season. Who knows, dare we even say that it could be a playoff matchup just a couple of days after that?
