With training camp quickly approaching for the Chicago Bears, some surprises are bound to arise. We make five bold predictions that could come to fruition for the Bears.

The 2018 season figures to be the most anticipating year amongst many Chicago Bears fans for various reasons. General manager Ryan Pace brought in Matt Nagy to be the Bears’ next head coach. Nagy was a hot name around the league because of his work the last couple months of 2017, taking over play calling from Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.

The Chiefs were one of the more explosive offenses late in the season and going into the playoffs. Nagy’s innovative play-calling attributed to that success. Fans hope that he can duplicate that with the talent Pace brought in.

Another thing that has Bears fans excited is young quarterback Mitch Trubisky entering his second year. The recent success of Carson Wentz and Jared Goff last season have fans feeling Trubisky can do the same — especially considering the number of weapons around him.
