The Chicago Bulls apparently made a promise to one late first-round prospect. Why should they uphold their end of the deal and select him at no. 22?

Count this as one of the more odd scenarios of the NBA offseason. By now, you have probably heard of the report linking the Chicago Bulls to Boise State swingman Chandler Hutchison. For some reason, the Bulls front office was said to have promised to take Hutchison if he was there with the no. 22 overall pick.

He is worth the pick. Here are three particular reasons why he should be a Bull.
