#3: Brady Singer

Position: RHP

School: Florida

Brady Singer is likely going to be the best player available for the White Sox, given the fact that the Philadelphia Phillies are plausibly going to go with a college hitter at three.

Singer, although not nearly being ranked as elite of a prospect as Mize, is arguably the top pitcher in the draft, as the 2018 NCAA Player of the Year went 10-1 with a 2.25 ERA in 13 starts for the Gators this season.

Singer also possesses impressive control, as he walked just 18 batters to 92 strikeouts in 88 innings pitched for the Gators this year.

Singer might not fit into the White Sox future rotation as of right now, but if the White Sox go with the ‘best player available’ at four, Brady Singer will be the next member of the Chicago White Sox regardless.

#4: Alec Bohm

Position: Third Baseman

School: Wichita State

Alec Bohm’s college career has been nothing short of dominant.

The third-baseman has hit over .300 in each season for the Shockers, driving in a total of 125 runners with 33 home runs across three seasons at Wichita State.

Bohm projects much like 2017 White Sox first rounder Jake Burger, as a low-strikeout, power-hitting consistent third baseman.

Bohm could very well be the best college power hitter in the draft, as Bohm figures to settle into the middle of a major league lineup for several years to come.

Bohm has been linked to the Philadelphia Phillies at three, but could certainly be available to the White Sox at four, as Bohm certainly won’t go before Mize or Bart.

Alec Bohm might not be the best player available at four, but his tremendous upside and power stroke could be enough to entice the White Sox to select him.
