Jabari Parker

At one point, people were talking about Jabari Parker and Andrew Wiggins as being the next LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony of the league. Fast forward a few years, and neither are living up to what many thought they could be. Still, there’s potential in both cases and, in this situation, we’re talking about Parker coming to Chicago.

Parker is a restricted free agent this summer, meaning that the Milwaukee Bucks have the right to match any offer and keep him. In his four seasons with the Bucks, Parker has not played a full season yet. He has struggled to stay healthy, but when he’s been on the court and at his best, he’s been great.

Last year, in just 31 games (only three starts), Parker averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game on 48 percent shooting. It was a smaller sample size, but he did end the year shooting a career-high 38.3 percent from downtown.

In his 2016 season, parker played 51 games and put up just over 20 points per game on 49 percent shooting. He also grabbed 6.2 rebounds per game, which was good for a career-high. If Parker plays at full strength, he’s an absolute must-start kind of guy on the Bulls roster.
