Chicago White Sox: Three young players to watch in 2018
Which young players currently on the Chicago White Sox’s big league roster could offer the most intrigue in 2018?
With baseball’s Opening Day coming up tomorrow, I personally want to say that no opening day in sports is nearer to my heart than this one. Maybe it’s because I’ve actually been to a few Chicago White Sox opening days before or the weather is finally turning for the better or something else.
Whatever the reason, I’m ready for baseball, and I hope that you all are too.
Oh, and speaking of those White Sox…
The Pale Hose, who begin a season-opening series with the Kansas City Royals tomorrow, have a ton to look forward to in 2018 and beyond.

We’ve all seen the reshaping of this roster, especially the farm system, and know better days are near. And with the likes of Eloy Jimenez, Luis Robert and Michael Kopech on the horizon, this team could be great for a long time. That’s the hope, anyway.
But the White Sox will also offer a little intrigue this season as well with several young stars trying to make their way in the big leagues already.
And watching them have success at the big league level should whet Sox fans’ appetites until the next wave of blue chippers comes around.
