Allen Hurns just hit the free agent market.  Should the Chicago Bears pursue a reunion with Allen Robinson?

The Jacksonville Jaguars have decided to cut ties with wide receiver Allen Hurns.  Naturally, Chicago Bears fans are wondering whether Ryan Pace should pursue him.

Below we take a look at whether it makes sense to pursue a reunion between Hurns and Allen Robinson.

As the dust begins to settle after the first wave of free agency, intriguing options have begun to emerge.  Ryan Pace and staff have done a tremendous job managing their salary cap situation.

One such player that finds himself a free agent this morning is Allen Hurns.  Chicago Bears fans will remember him as Allen Robinson’s former receiving mate in Jacksonville. And today, the Jaguars released him into what should be a busy market for the still-young, formerly undrafted receiver.

While he has some name recognition, Ryan Pace will have a lot to consider when deciding whether to kick the tires. It won’t be as simple as just adding another player; fit and financials have to be taken into account.
