Once again, call your friends who knock preseason football and tell them Allen Robinson has something to say.

August 11th, 2015 marked a day where the New York Jets simply could not touch Robinson. For that reason, and the fact that he pulled off back-to-back unbelievable catches, this one is a double feature.

The first came later in the first quarter where, once again, Robinson was working the left sideline — are you sensing a theme here? Lined up against Robinson was the unfortunate victim, Dee Milliner.

Robinson ended up having to leap, turning his entire body toward the sidelines, and extending high into the air to make the grab. He managed to get both feet in as well as he secured the catch.

On the very next play, Robinson gave us an encore.

Flags were thrown immediately, so Bortles knew he had a free play coming and took his shot downfield. Again, Milliner was made the fool in this scenario. Robinson pounced up over the top of the cornerback for an amazing snag. Milliner could have also been called for pass interference, but Robinson didn’t need a flag to notch the yardage.

Robinson ended the game with six catches for 121 yards with the highlight being that 44-yard beauty. The Jaguars ended up losing the game, however, 28-23. But, again, it was only preseason.
