The Chicago Bears are going to undoubtedly address cornerback depth on the 2018 NFL Draft. Which of the more underrated prospects make sense?

Ryan Pace has been a busy man over the course of the last few weeks. It started with putting together an impressive coaching staff and now has come to the point where veterans are beginning to get cut loose. Already, the Bears have cleared what will amount to nearly $80 million in cap space.

As we approach free agency, it will be important to pay attention to the 2018 NFL Combine this week. Pace will be continuing to put together his plan of attack for not only spending a great deal of cash, but also gearing up for the draft in April.

One of the positions the Bears will look to build depth at is cornerback. As we speak, the Kyle Fuller situation is still up in the air. It is my hope that by the time you read this, he is locked in as a Bear for at least another season. At the moment, there are different reports about a potential franchise tag and even a long-term deal for Fuller.

Whether or not Fuller returns, Chicago needs help. There are some potential targets entering free agency, sure, but the draft boasts some impressive defensive backs.

While names like Denzel Ward and Joshua Jackson headline the crop of corners, Pace might just decide to look past day one and find the right fit in the second or third round. At eighth overall, there could be a lot of great players available, such as Tremaine Edmunds or Quenton Nelson.

In all likelihood, Pace will target a cornerback in rounds two through four. With that in mind, here are five corners that, while they may not be talked about as much as the sure-fire first round guys, are well worth a look on day two.
