New month, same results.
Despite turning over the calendar, the Windy City Bulls continue to lose, falling to the Texas Legends for their fifth straight loss. The Bulls had hoped the return of point guard Ryan Arcidiacono would propel them to a win, but the Legends had other plans.

The game started off extremely slow, as Texas got out to a 21-18 lead after the first quarter. Former Villanova product Daniel Ochefu was the main man early on, as he had six of the team’s 18 points in the opening frame.
The second quarter was an entirely different game it seemed, the Legends outscored the Bulls 34-25 in the high scoring period.
After the break, it was much of the same as the Legends continued to outpace the hometown team. Despite a late rally the Bulls wound up falling by a final score of 111-102.
For the Texas Legends, the G-League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks, Kyle Collinsworth led them to a victory with a triple double, something he has been known for doing since his days at Brigham Young University. NBA journeyman Donald Sloan continues to impress during his time in the G-league, finishing with yet another 20-point game.
For the Bulls it was more of a balanced effort, with six players scoring in double figures. Mychal Mulder lead the way with 18 points, while Jarell Eddie, Ochefu, Arcidiacono and Tyler Harris all chipped in 15 points apiece.

Next up for the Windy City Bulls will be the Grand Rapids Drive as they travel back home. Antonio Blakeney could return for that game, which would give the Bulls a much greater chance of winning.
