The Chicago Bears’ fourth-round pick out of North Carolina A&T, Tarik Cohen was a huge surprise contributor in his rookie season.
Cohen was a threat in the running game (370 yards, 2 touchdowns), pass-catching game (358 yards, 1 touchdown), throwing game (21-yard touchdown throw), and finally the return game (above).
Cohen made the Bears clear-cut play of the year in Week 12 against the 49ers. Cohen turned a potential 20+ yard loss into a thrilling punt-return touchdown, completely reversing field in the process.
Bears fans can look forward to more highlight-reel plays from “The Human Joystick” in his sophomore season, following a rookie year that had no shortage of highlight plays.

Game of the Year: Week 3 overtime win vs Steelers
The Bears entered Week 3 with a 0-2 record following a blowout loss in Tampa Bay. Facing a juggernaut in the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Bears were desperate for a win.
The Bears led for most of the game but gave up the lead on a game-tying field goal in the fourth quarter.
In a game highlighted by mistakes, missed opportunities and sloppy play, the Bears were lucky to have even made it to overtime.
The Bears won the toss and seemingly won the game on a 73-yard touchdown run by Tarik Cohen. However, Cohen was ruled out of bounds at the Pittsburgh 37, extending the game.

Jordan Howard quickly sent the Bears home with a game-winning 19-yard touchdown run just two plays later, giving the Bears their first win of the season against a team that would go on the be the second seed in the AFC.
