NFC North First-Half Recap
Second Place: Green Bay Packers (4-3)
As before mentioned, the Packers looked like they were going to run away with the division. Now with star quarterback Aaron Rodgers out for most-to-all of the second half, the Pack have some work to do.
Brett Hundley has struggled as the starter, as Hundley has thrown just one touchdown to four interceptions and a 40.5 passer rating.
The Packers 4-1 start was highlighted by comeback wins and dominance on offense. With neither of the two present in the Packers back-to-back losses since, the defense has to carry the weight.
The best-case scenario for the Packers would be for Hundley to get the job done leading the Packers to a 3-3 next six games before Rodgers returns in week 16.
The Packers aren’t used to this type of adversity, but now have a chance to prove that there’s more there than just number 12.
