Bears defense, Trubisky and Howard steal game from Ravens in 27-24 OT win
Stud of the Game: Kyle Fuller
Now, this Ravens team isn’t that good, ’tis true. But my goodness, Fuller played an excellent football game today.
At this point, what’s new this season?
He’s played with a new motivation and aggression since the Bears declined his fifth-year option

this past offseason. He comes up like gangbusters every single time he makes a tackle and has shown up around the football more than he ever has before.
And today, with the Ravens thinking they could take advantage of him, Fuller kept turning them back.
Also, for the most part, Fuller has played well whether he’s been in man-coverage or zone. In particular, Amos’ pick-six came as a direct result of Fuller’s tight coverage.
For all the talk about whether or not he can play in Vic Fangio’s defense, he sure looks comfortable in it right now.
While I know Chicago Bears fans desperately wanted a top-flight free agent corner this year, but so far, their faith has been rewarded well by Fuller’s play.
Also, honorable mention to Jordan Howard. The Ravens dialed up to stop him all day, and he just kept on running his ass off, plain and simple.
