Bears vs. Steelers NFL Week 3: Preview, Game Time and More
Complete game details for the Week 3 match-up between the Chicago Bears and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Coming off a terrible loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Chicago Bears find themselves with a 0-2 record. The Pittsburgh Steelers are 2-0, which does not bode well for the Chicago Bears. In fact, it is possible that the Chicago Bears start the season with a 0-3 record, sadly.
This is because starting quarterback Mike Glennon does not give the team a chance to win games.
Now, you may say that he gave the team a shot to beat the Atlanta Falcons, in week 1. However, I believe that the game was only close because the Falcons had not seen much tape on running back Tarik Cohen. Through two games, Glennon has been exposed for the quarterback that he really is: a bad one.
Here is the main problem with Glennon: he absolutely kills the running game. The Bucs just had to stack the box and dare Glennon to do something everyone knows he can not do: throw the football.

We watched him throw check-downs against Tampa Bay while other receivers are open down the field. It seems that he has one read and that is to Tarik Cohen, who has had eight catches in each of the first two regular season games.
Now, Glennon faces one of the leagues most prolific offenses, and I do not see it ending well. The only shot the Chicago Bears have in the game is if it is close at halftime, and John Fox pulls the plug on Glennon and puts in Mitch Trubisky. However, considering how frustrating and infuriating Fox is, I doubt that will happen.

Stranger things have happened, though. So, maybe Glennon will prove me wrong and do the unthinkable. We will find out on Sunday whether or not he is up to the task.
