If you’re playing in standard formats, then Jordan Howard is still your best bet if you really want to play a Chicago Bears running back. As previously mentioned, I benched Howard last weekend, partly due to his injury issues, offensive line injuries and stacked boxes. Given that Howard doesn’t catch the ball, his value remains limited under these conditions.

If you’re in a PPR league, though, you should probably be starting Cohen consistently now.

Why? Because when things go wrong and Mike Glennon has to find someone to take away any temptation to throw down the field, Cohen has been there for him early and often this season. At this point, he’s sitting near the top of the leaderboard as far as receptions.

So even when he’s not scoring touchdowns, he’s still giving you points as a flex option.

Plus, if you’re in a league that factors in return yards, like mine, Cohen’s punt return stats further pad your numbers.

With the Chicago Bears desperate for any playmaking they can get, Cohen has emerged as arguably their best offensive player. As bad as the Bears are, he can still help your team more consistently than anyone else on the roster.
