Chicago Bears: Fantasy football players to watch, Week 1
Here are the Chicago Bears players you should keep an eye on for your fantasy football match-ups in week 1.
On Sunday September 10th, the Chicago Bears will take on the Atlanta Falcons at Soldier Field. It is the first week of football, which means it is also time for fantasy football. While the Chicago Bears are not an offensive juggernaut, there are still players on the team that could prove to be worthwhile for fantasy football purposes.
There is an important nugget to remember when talking about the 2017 Chicago Bears offense.
So, it is extremely unlikely to expect the Chicago Bears to be a team lighting it up every week with 30 or more points of offense. This is a team that it going to be trying to grind out games with the run game and with strong defensive play. The turnover margin and time of possession will be huge.
Now, this could change if Mike Glennon only starts a handful of games in the 2017 season. It is highly possible that Mitch Trubisky will get to play sooner rather than later. If that happens, I can totally see the offense becoming much more balanced.
Do not forget that this is a team carrying four tight ends. I can not see them stretching the field with Glennon feeding them with perfect passes. Until there is a quarterback change, you should keep an eye on certain players to help out your fantasy football team.
