Grading the offensive performances by the Chicago Bears in their third preseason game against the Tennessee Titans.

The Chicago Bears offense is a unit with major question marks. Who will be the starting quarterback? How will the wide receiver depth chart wind up? Will the Chicago Bears carry four tight ends on their roster?

The Chicago Bears beat the Tennessee Titans 19-7 on Sunday afternoon.  Offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains called a relatively balanced game, with 36 passes to 28 rushes. Quarterback Mike Glennon led a 96-yard, 96 yard touchdown drive on their first possession that included 84 yards of passing.

After Dion Sims caught that first touchdown, the Chicago Bears did not do much on offense. They did not score another touchdown until the fourth quarter. It’s clear that if the Chicago Bears are going to win games in 2017, they are going to have to run the football well, play good defense and limit the turnovers.

The third week of the preseason is commonly known as the “dress rehearsal” game, and is a good indicator for how the roster will shake out. The Chicago Bears will have some interesting decisions when they have to cut the roster from 90 to 53 players.

I thought that the entire team played well, but let’s dive into how the position groups on offense performed.
