5. Phillip Dorsett, Indianapolis Colts

While trying to stockpile weapons for Andrew Luck, the Colts drafted Phillip Dorsett in the first round (29th overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft. Dorsett entered the NFL as a quick and explosive outside receiver who had massive big-play upside but has never been able to make a huge impact with the Colts.

Dorsett has never taken control of a starting job in Indianapolis, struggling to make much of an impact in any way. Through two NFL seasons, Dorsett has played in 26 games and has piled up 51 receptions for 753 yards and three touchdowns. Not exactly great numbers for a first round selection.

That being said, Dorsett is still only 24 years old and has perceived upside. Plus, he appears to be available for an extremely low cost. While on the Rich Eisen Show, Michael Lombardi of The Ringer, reported that the Colts have placed Dorsett on the trading block (h/t Rotoworld).

"He’s (Dorsett) available in trade,” Lombardi said. “You can have him if you want him.”"

Lombardi suggested that the Colts would move Dorsett for a late-round pick as their new front office is simply looking to move on from the disappointing player. I do not have massive confidence that Dorsett would come in and make a big-time impact. However, he is still a talented player who may just need a change of scenery.

The Chicago Bears have a lot of wide receiver snaps to go around. They could do worse than trading low on Dorsett and hoping for the best.
