A way too early Chicago Bears seven-round 2018 NFL mock draft.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know what you are thinking. “The 2017 NFL season hasn’t even started yet and you already want to look ahead to the Chicago Bears 2018 draft? What’s wrong with you?” Honestly, I am addicted to the NFL draft. It is one of my favorites events in sports and in my opinion, it is never too early to look ahead.

The Bears have some interesting pieces on their roster, but let’s be honest with ourselves, this team is not going to be competitive in 2017. General manager Ryan Pace is building this team for long-term success while sacrificing the short-term. In my opinion, this is the right plan of attack, but it makes the season itself less interesting. Because of this, I already want to look ahead at options.

What’s a better way to do that than a mock draft? Admit it, you love mock drafts. Sure, the practice itself is silly. Trying to predict what will happen in the draft before the NFL or college seasons even begin? It’s ridiculous. However, in this mock draft, I couldn’t care less about getting anything right. Instead, this is a fun way to look ahead at the class and see potential options for the Chicago Bears in the 2018 NFL Draft.

In this mock draft, the Bears were tabbed with the sixth overall selection. All in all, there was plenty of impact talent to add to the mix. What to see who the Bears landed? Read on to find out.
