Under-the-radar targets for the Chicago Cubs ahead of the July 31st MLB trade deadline.

Despite their slow start to the season, the Chicago Cubs expect to be buyers at the upcoming trade deadline. The Cubs have been up and down all season long, but they undoubtedly have the talent to win the weak National League Central and make a run in the playoffs.
