Who will the Chicago Bulls land in the 2017 NBA Draft? Let’s take a look at some realistic options who would help the franchise.

The Chicago Bulls hold the 16th and 38th overall selections in the 2017 NBA Draft. While this is a strong draft class, neither of those selections are in prime position to add a sure-fire big-time prospect. However, that does not mean that the Bulls cannot improve their roster through the draft.

Led by John Paxson and Gar Forman in the front office, the Bulls appear to be a franchise stuck in the past. While the rest of the league adapts to the modern game by finding outside shooters and versatile defenders, the Bulls continue to add isolation offensive players who do not shoot well from three-point range.

If nothing else, the Bulls must get younger and more athletic this offseason while also finding players who fit the modern NBA game well. That will not be easy to do with two mediocre picks but there are plenty of interesting players who could make an impact for the Bulls next season and most importantly, down the road.

Here are five 2017 NBA Draft prospects who the Chicago Bulls should be targeting. While nothing is guaranteed, each of these prospects has a realistic shot of being available when the Bulls are on the clock.
