. Defensive Back. Cleveland Browns. JABRILL PEPPERS. D

After trading back from number 12, the Browns take a shot on some upside with the 25th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Jabrill Peppers is an extremely talented athlete but he has not shown a ton of defensive skill. He is not a strong in-the-box player and his ball skills are lacking in coverage.

Peppers is an elite returner but I struggle to see him being an impact defensive player at the next level. I was not a fan of this pick for the Browns. Peppers is not a first round player in my eyes.

C+. . EDGE. Atlanta Falcons. TAKKARIST MCKINLEY

The Atlanta Falcons are clearly one of the best teams in the NFC and aggressively moved up to fill a need. Takkarist McKinley is an extremely athletic and aggressive pass rusher who can come in and make an immediate impact. Lining him up opposite of Vic Beasley will give opposing quarterbacks nightmares.

Buffalo Bills. TRE'DAVIOUS WHITE. B+. . Cornerback

The Buffalo Bills had a sneaky good first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. First, they traded down from number 10 to 27 and picked up some serious draft capital. At number 27, they took LSU cornerback Tre’Davious White. White is a natural cover corner who should be able to come in and make an immediate impact.

After losing Stephon Gilmore in free agency, cornerback became a major need for the Bills. They undoubtedly solidified the position with the addition of the underrated White.
