As the 2017 NFL Draft quickly approaches, we take a look at a full seven-round mock draft for the Chicago Bears.

The 2017 NFL Draft is quickly approaching. In just over a week, the lives of many young men, as well as the fortunes of some NFL teams, will completely change.

The Chicago Bears, as well as the rest of the NFL teams, begin their final preparations for the draft. This is one of the most important and widely anticipated drafts for the franchise. The team missed out on the playoffs for six consecutive seasons and used three coaches and three general managers in that period. Also, the play on the field lowered to depths not seen in a long time, if not ever.

The last two seasons is indicative of the Bears’ recent failures. They recorded just nine wins in that period. Many empty seats appeared as the fans expressed their displeasure at the happenings surrounding the team.

What will general manager Ryan Pace and the rest of the Chicago Bears front office approach this draft? There are plenty of holes that need to be filled. Will Pace pull the trigger on trades (he has done so in his previous two drafts)? Will the Bears go after a quarterback? Who will be the team’s top choice, and will he end up playing on the field quickly? All those questions will be answered in mere days.
