The top 20 2017 NFL Draft order for the teams who did not reach the post-season.

With the 2016 regular season is all but behind us, we finally have a set 2017 NFL Draft order. Well, at least for the first 20 picks. We will not know the complete order until the Superbowl is over, but for the teams that the 2017 NFL Draft means the most, we know where they will be selecting.

The Cleveland Browns will lead off the excitement with a tough decision. Will the Browns be looking for their franchise quarterback, or will elite defenders like Myles Garrett or Jonathan Allen go number one? I also would not rule out a trade down here. The Browns’ new front office fell in love with trading down last year, and do not be surprised if they move down for the right price.

The San Francisco 49ers are up next. It is hard to pin-point who they will select before we know who is in charge of the organization, but there is reason to believe that quarterback will be an option. Garrett would also make sense for them.

Our very own Chicago Bears will be on the clock with the third overall pick. We will be looking long and hard a the Bears’ options here at Da Windy City, but from the start it is pretty simple.

If Garrett is shockingly available, he is the guy. If not, it will be a tough decision between a quarterback like Deshaun Watson or DeShone Kizer and Jonathan Allen, if he is there. I also would not rule out a trade down if the Bears do not fall in love with a quarterback prospect.

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans round out the top five. The Titans acquired this number five selection in the 2017 NFL Draft from the Los Angeles Rams in the Jared Goff trade last year. How great does that deal look for the Titans now?
