After the whirlwind of the opening days of NFL free agency, things are more flexible for the Chicago Bears. Here is a new mock of where they could go.

Well, the first weekend since the NFL’s free agency frenzy started is in the books. Ryan Pace and the Chicago Bears made some significant signings, solidifying some positions and adding flexibility on the roster.

Pace has always been a proponent of drafting the best available player instead of drafting out of need. In the first few days of free agency, he transformed a position of weakness, inside linebacker, into a strength by adding two of the top inside linebackers available.

Many thought the Chicago Bears would go with inside linebacker in the first round, possibly Reggie Ragland. With their moves, however, that may be off the board now.

There were other moves made that also raised some eyebrows. The Bears made an offer to restricted running back free agent C.J. Anderson. The whole point of letting Matt Forte go was to give the keys to the running game to Jeremy Langford, right? Would they go with another running back in the draft?

The Chicago Bears still have some holes to fill. The draft will help them fill those holes. Let’s take a look at where they could go in the first four rounds of this April’s draft:
