Chicago Bears take a hit in rankings after embarrassing loss
The Chicago Bears took it on the chin Sunday as they got embarrassed 48-23. Will they take another hit in the weekly NFL rankings?
The Chicago Bears took a couple of hits against the Arizona Cardinals and went down. They lost 48-23 on the field and the defense got thoroughly embarrassed. Jay Cutler went to dish out a hit, but instead is out for at least two weeks.
The Bears’ defense looked eerily like the one that gave up multiple 50+ points games last season. The team as a whole was sloppy, committing 14 penalties for a franchise-high 170 yards.
There have been way too many times that I have written about the team tying bad franchise records. It has to stop at some time, does it not?
How big of a tumble will the Bears take in this week’s NFL rankings? Let’s take a look at how things are after Week 2.
