Considering the Chicago Bears are entering their first season playing as a 3-4 base defense, one may want to stay away from selecting the team’s defense/special teams in their fantasy drafts this summer. Though, that is not the case for the Bears’ offense as several players could be valuable commodities for your fantasy team.
The 2015 NFL Regular may not get underway until the second week of September, but by then, many fans should have their fantasy teams constructed.
As fantasy players prepare for their fantasy drafts in August, the Chicago Bears have several offensive players to consider.
The Bears’ offense has the potential to be very good under new offensive coordinator Adam Gase. Gase is coming to the Bears with intention of running the same offense that he ran with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos over the course of the past two seasons. The Broncos had the NFL’s leading offense in Gase’s first season in 2013. In 2014, the Broncos’ offense had the league’s second rated offense.

The argument is that Gase was simply taking a backseat to Manning as the veteran quarterback has a reputation for acting as his own offensive coordinator. That would be a lazy argument to make, however, considering how Gase successfully worked around Manning’s struggles during the second half of the 2014 season.
Bears’ quarterback Jay Cutler is a far cry away from Manning, but Gase and the Bears’ offense is equipped with several players that figure to be commodities in fantasy leagues during the 2015 season.
