With the Scouting Combine set to begin this weekend, the Chicago Bears’ targets should come into focus. Today, we will take a look at a need the team has — defensive tackle. We will look at some of the top defensive tackles who could fit for the Bears.

Well, the Scouting Combine is almost upon us. On Friday, the annual NFL meat market takes place. Teams that are looking for improvement may put their fortunes on the line with some of these young prospects.

The Chicago Bears are one of those teams. They have a litany of issues roster-wise, most of them on defense.

Last week, I took a look at linebacker options for the Bears. Today, I will take a look at defensive tackles.

With the Bears possibly changing schemes with new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio, it is important for the defense to have a big guy in the middle who can take up some space. He will need to also be quick, since he will have to be responsible for two gaps.
