Do you remember Jim Vandermeer? The former nobody who played for the Hawks? Most true fans will.

Ben Eager was another irrelevant player, who might be best remembered for scoring just one goal in the 2010 Stanley Cup Finals. Eager was a tough guy who would fight the other team’s fourth-liners, if he got any ice time.

Everyone knows Patrick Sharp came from the Philadelphia Flyers, so it’s him right? Am I going to make it that easy on you? Vandermeer for Sharp would probably be the greatest trade of all-time, as he’s done so much for this team. But is that the trade that brought him over?

Andrew Ladd played only a few seasons in Chicago, but won a Cup in 2010 along with the two players mentioned above. Ladd was a third-line leader, a guy who was the veteran for the younger guys playing below him. He eventually went to the Winnipeg Jets franchise and became their captain.

Adam Burish is a glorified Ben Eager. Both played physically and din’t score a lot of points, but are the players you want to have defending your teammates. But was he a Flyer?
