Chicago Bears Week 6: What To Look For

Julio Jones against any of the Bears’ cornerbacks.

Jones has the same advantage that Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery have when they step on the field. The 6-foot-3 receiver will give the Bears corners a difficult time.

Kyle Fuller has some size (he’s 6 feet tall), but he is a rookie. As well as he is playing,

having a rookie go up against one of the top five receivers in the league may be

asking too much of Fuller. Tim Jennings has the experience, but he is only 5-feet-8-inches tall, so just on height Jones will abuse him.

The Bears will have to use everyone at one point or another. Some of the other corners have some size, like Sherrick McManis and Al Louis-Jean, who are both 6-feet-1. Keep changing up on Jones, and maybe one gets to stick and do a good job. The safeties will need to come up big to help out the corners. But hey, the Minnesota Vikings figured out a way to stop Jones, so why can’t the Bears, right?
