Happy 49th Birthday, Scottie Pippen

No. 33 is raised to the United Center rafters

When you had the career that Scottie had, one honor that you will be able to enjoy is having your jersey number retired.

On December 9, 2005, Scottie Pippen’s number was raised to the rafters inside Chicago’s United Center. Along with Pippen and his family, former Chicago Bulls members joined Pippen in the celebration.

Those members including Michael Jordan, along with current Bulls color commentator Stacey King, Bulls radio color commentator Bill Wennington, former three-point shooting champ Craig Hodges and former Bulls head coach Phil Jackson.
