Defensive Line
- Lamarr Houston, Defensive End
- Jeremiah Ratliff, Defensive Tackle
- Stephen Paea, Nose Tackle
- Jared Allen, Defensive End
The Bears defensive line should be significantly improved from last season. The additions of Allen and Houston at the defensive end positions will undoubtedly improve the team’s pass rush.
Ratliff proved to be a quality addition to the Bears’ defensive line at the end of the last season. Ratliff is set to play his first full season with the Bears and that figures spell good fortunes for the Bears defense.
The Bears’ defensive line likely will be the most exciting part of the team’s defense this season. After struggles at the position last season, the Bears’ defensive line should be a strength in 2014.
