January 1st: Outdoor Hawkey

For the third time since 2009, the Chicago Blackhawks will play outdoors.

The Blackhawks will play the Washington Capitals on New Year’s Day at a site to be determined. The two teams kicked off the 2013-14 season in Chicago.

Jonathan Toews? Alex Ovechkin? Outdoor hockey? Now that sounds like fun.
