2011-12: Captain Clutch

Trailing 3-1 in their first-round series against the Phoenix Coyotes, the Blackhawks were one overtime goal away from their series ending again in the first round. Jonathan Toews would have none of that. Although the Hawks would lose the series in six games, Toews’ game-winning goal won Game 5 for Chicago and further showcased Toews as the best captain in the National Hockey League.
