Stephen Bruno is another one to keep an eye on. Just one of many of the Cubs middle infield prospects who is making a name for himself. He’s due for a promotion, and maybe be promoted either with Bryant, or not very far off the same timeline. Aside from SS, and 2nd he can fill in at the hot corner too. All he’s done since being drafted is get on base. Absolute gaudy OBP numbers with a career .422 OBP and he’s continued the same pattern in his 3rd stop in 3 years with the organization with a .383 OBP thus far this season. He’s batting .287 as well and mearly slugging .500 and has 21 RBI in 40 games.
