14th overall-Kelvin Benjamin-Florida State– At this point I’m going under the assumption that both Mike Evans, and Sammy Watkins are off the board, so in my opinion the next best player who has a chance to be a special WR in the NFL is Benjamin. Huge WR. About the same size as Brandon Marshall.  Fast for his size. A Red zone monster. The thought of having a WR corp with 6’5″ Marshall, 6’3″ Alshon Jeffery, 6’4″ Marquess Wilson, and 6’5″Benjamin to go along with tight end  6’7″ Martellus Bennett should make every secondary about to play them wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. Has some maturity concerns, but in a locker room with leaders like Bennett, and Marshall to keep him in line it should be a very good influence on the young man’s career.

Alternate pick-Brandin Cooks-Oregon State- Cooks is one of the fastest players in this draft. Smaller WR who will probably profile best as a slot receiver, but can probably play split end where his speed plays well there too. Field stretcher. Someone who can give the Bears big boys a lot of space underneath on single coverage as he would dictate a deep safety coverage to prevent quick scores over the top. Offers another dimension not really on this team although Wilson can stretch the field some. Also offers an added dimension to be a lethal weapon in the return game.
