183rd overall- Colt Lyerla– Oregon- Lyerla is an extremely athletic, but very raw TE who needs to have some time to develop. He also needs to be in a very nurturing environment as he has had a lot of issues off field, and is a risk. This far down the risk is well worth the possible pay off of the reward. Total H-back/Flex TE type. He’s also a very willing blocker.

Alternate pick: Joe Don Duncan– Dixie State- Duncan is a thickly built H-back/Flex TE prospect who is very strong. Put up 35 reps in the bench press at the combine tops among TE’s. Surprisingly enough he needs work on his blocking, but with that kind of strength should have no problem doing so at the next level. Very productive and dominant even though it was against lower level competition.
