29. Chicago Outfit Roller Derby
This women’s roller derby team has a VERY plain jersey, consisting of a black sleeveless shirt and black shorts/capris. There is nothing catchy or flashing about the jersey, and I just feel there’s a lot to be desired. This seems more like something a person would wear on a warm day, rather than to show unity as a team. While the team does have a nice “Godfather”-style logo, it’s much too plain to be higher on this list. Maybe it would gain a spot or two if they implement their logo into their uniform, but for the time being, they take the unfortunate spot of last in our list of Chicago team’s jerseys.
28. Chicago Carnage
The Chicago Carnage are a professional roller hockey team. Opposite from the last post, which was much too plain, this team’s jerseys can be best described as crazy. A lot going on, and no real direction.
This hockey team that plays its games in Darien has a strange color scheme, and would be at the bottom if they didn’t remind me of a retro Calgary Flames.

The home of former University of Illinois star Quarterback Juice Williams, the Slaughter have a crazy logo, but the jerseys are about as plain as can be. The differing styles drop them quite a bit. Sorry Juice!
25. Chicago Mustangs
This indoor soccer team has somewhat plain jerseys, black jerseys with a chest patch and white shorts. It looks somewhat clean though, making it higher than other plain jerseys.
24. Chicago Wolves
The St. Louis Blues’ AHL affiliate has one of the ugliest color schemes in sports, maroon and mustard-yellow. Luckily their striping and logo make up for it.

23. Chicago Red Hots
The Red Hots are another roller derby team, and have a cool logo. They use a Chicago flag red star as the centerpiece, with flames trailing behind. Unfortunately their uniform is just that logo on a white sleeveless shirt.
The Chicago Tide, still shown as the Muscle in some places, don’t have images for their uniforms anywhere on the internet, if anyone can find a picture, let us know in the comment section below. I’m judging solely on the logo I’ve seen, which is nice.
The Chicago Lions are a rugby club, and have navy blue jerseys with nice striping along the chest. A nice jersey, but not the best.
