5. Baltimore Ravens

After releasing starting running back Alex Collins due to legal issues last week, the Baltimore Ravens are looking to upgrade their running back room. Baltimore has always seemed to like power runners. This is why Jordan Howard could interest them.

Currently, the Ravens have Gus Edwards on their roster. The 2018 undrafted free agent isn’t likely to be the team’s primary running back in 2019, which means Baltimore needs a duo in the backfield that will help take pressure off of Lamar Jackson.

If the Bears want to, they could ship Howard out for Baltimore’s third-round pick (85th overall). Essentially, this gives the Ravens an underrated playmaker that perfectly fits the type of offense they run.

In 2018, the Ravens averaged just 4.5 yards per carry when rushing the football. However, for a team that is looking to try and make a deep playoff run next season, the Baltimore is likely going to do everything in its power this offseason to surround Lamar Jackson with talent.

The one drawback of trading with the Ravens is that they may want another one of the Bears draft picks in return for their third-round pick. This would present a dilemma for the Bears who have just five draft picks as of right now in the 2019 NFL Draft.
